Real estate and construction have always been part of the same conversation for me. I see the whole picture, from the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough.
A construction manager studying architecture, an investor, and a creator, she brings a rare full-stack fluency to every project — and a standard she holds herself to.
“I care about every step — from the property to the design to the finished build.”
A look at the kind of projects I take on — from full renovations to investment properties. A curated portfolio is coming soon.

From short-term rentals to long-term investments, I manage properties end to end — guest-ready styling, upkeep, and the small details that protect both your asset and your return. As an investor and host myself, I run your property the way I run my own.

The kind of results I deliver — an illustration of the design-and-build process end to end.

A complete bath reimagined with marble, warm brass, and clean lines — another example of my end-to-end design-and-build approach.
+ Selling your home? +
Get a real look at what your home could bring — not an algorithm's guess. Share a few details and I'll review the property personally, then follow up with what the local market is actually doing.
“Sometimes eighteen thousand in the right place is worth forty on the listing price.”
A design-build studio with a broker's eye and an investor's care.
Find the right property, with an eye for what it can become.
Positioned and presented to sell with care — staged, storied, market-ready.
Portfolios built to work — rentals, short-term stays, and value-add projects.
Full design + build, studs to styling — managed end to end.
Your property, cared for like my own.
There's a myth that good design is expensive. The truth is closer to the opposite: design done thoughtfully saves you money before the first wall goes up, and makes you money when it's time to sell or rent. The costly surprises — reworked layouts, change orders, finishes that don't last — come from decisions made in a hurry. I work the details out up front, so your budget goes toward value you'll see, not fixes you'll never notice.
My draftsperson training means every project starts on paper — dimensions, sightlines, and flow solved before a dollar is spent.
The choices that make a home feel considered — the ones buyers notice and appraisers reward — are deliberate, never accidental.
Smart design lowers build surprises today and lifts resale or rental income tomorrow.
“Focus on the details up front, and you save money and headaches later. That's the whole job.”

Jeannette's story starts a long way from a closing table. She learned early what it means to work for everything you have — putting herself through school, holding down the present while building toward the future. To this day, taking care of her mother is part of how she measures success.
That path shaped how she works: nothing handed to her, every detail earned. She started in construction and drafting — reading blueprints, learning how buildings actually come together — before becoming a licensed broker and designer. The draftsperson's discipline never left her. She still reads a home the way she read it at a drafting table: line by line, decision by decision, nothing left to chance.
So when Jeannette says she cares about every step, she means it in a way most people can't. She has lived the version where you can't afford mistakes — and she brings that same care to every client's home and every client's dollar.
“I didn't come from much. Everything I know, I earned the hard way — and that's exactly why I'll treat your home and your money like they're my own.”
Buying isn't just choosing a house — it's choosing a place. Here's why Raleigh keeps topping the lists, and a local's take on where to land.
Raleigh — #6 Best Place to Live in the U.S. and #5 for quality of life (U.S. News, 2025–26); the Triangle draws ~80 new residents a day.
Cary and Apex for top schools and safety; Holly Springs and Wake Forest for family-friendly growth; Morrisville for the shortest commute to RTP; Knightdale, Clayton, and Fuquay-Varina for more home for your money.
Duke University Hospital (#1 in NC) and UNC Hospitals (#2), with UNC Health Rex and WakeMed serving Raleigh directly.
The Capital Area Greenway System links 28 trails across 100+ miles of paved paths, including the 27.5-mile Neuse River Greenway, plus Lake Johnson, Shelley Lake, and William B. Umstead State Park.
Raleigh leads NC in James Beard recognition — Poole's Diner, Brewery Bhavana, and the legendary Angus Barn.
New to the area? That's where I earn my keep — a broker who knows this place because I live it.

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, she became a butterfly.
